Singfar Group is set to expand its fleet with up to four LNG bunker vessel newbuilds.

Newbuilding sources have linked the Singapore-based owner to a deal at CSSC Guangzhou Wenchong Shipbuilding for two 20,000 cum units, with an option for an additional pair.

No price tag has been placed for the firmed-up vessels expected for delivery from August 2027.

The logistics and tonnage provider, best known for its bunkering business but also active in the crude and product tanker markets, has made several newbuilding moves since last year.

The company has four 50,000 dwt MR vessels delivering from China’s Chengxi Shipyard in 2026, a pair of 115,000 dwt aframax newbuilds at New Times Shipbuilding, fixed to Malaysian tanker player AET from 2027, and a 6,700 dwt bunker vessel set to deliver from Lianyungang Shenghua next year.
