Greek owner Naftomar Shipping & Trading has ordered one 84,000cbm VLGC at CSSC-affiliated Jiangnan Shipyard, with an option to construct one more. Other contract details were not unveiled.
Athens-based Naftomar is a shipping company in the LPG sector, which currently operates 22 tankers in its fleet.
Jiangnan Shipyard is the leading VLGC yard in China, with a total of 11 VLGC currently on order.
