Chinese shipbuilder Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Limited (CIMC Raffles) delivered jack-up rig “ZHONG YOU HAI 15” on May 21, according to domestic shipping news report.
The rig, classed by ABS, 59.745 meters in length overall, 55.78 meters in width molded, and 7.62 meters in depth molded.
The rig can operate as deep as 90 meters underwater and its drilling depth hits 9,144 meters, the report added.
CIMC Raffles is specialized in the designing and construction of deep-water offshore equipment.
