Malaysian offshore shipbuilder Nam Cheong announced it has obtained sale contracts for two anchor handling towing supply vessels (AHTS) worth a total value of around $45m.
One of the vessels was sold to Netherlands-based Vroon, and the other vessel was sold to E.A. Temile Development Company of Nigeria, an engineering and construction company.
With these two contracts, Nam Cheong’s order book now stands at about RM1.7bn.
