Singapore-listed Otto Marine Limited says that subsidiaries have signed a Memorandum of Agreement to sell three 6,000 bhp AHTS — GO AVIOR, GO HAWK and GO HARRIER — to Go Marine Services (M) Sdn Bhd , a company incorporated in Malaysia in which Otto Marine owns 49%.
The total sales price for the three is $37.5 million (the "Transaction").
