YZJ Shipping， the shipowning arm of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding，has put more of its money into its fleet.

The outfit has tabled $28.9m for the three-year-old 61，000 dwt ultramax， Great Spirit， a ship built at Dalian COSCO KHI. The Wah Kwong-controlled ship was sold via an online auction，basis delivery end of the year.

Yangzijiang diversified into shipowning when it formed Yangzijiang Shipping in 2012 to take over cancelled bulk carrier orders.
