On November 11^th, the steel-laying ceremony of China Ore Shipping 325, 000 DWT VLOC built by Bohai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. for Tianjin Xingang Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Company Limited was held.

This VLOC is 340 meters in length overall, 62 meters in width and 29.5 meters in depth with 330 meters in LBP. The average service speed is up to 15.1 knots on the basis of structural draft and ballast conditions in sea trials. Besides, it is classified into CCS under the flag of Singapore.
