　　How to fix account login problem?

　　1)If you have an account and can’t log in, please recover your password on the platform login page (as shown in the figure above).

　　2) If the mobile phone number/email address bound to your account cannot receive the verification code, please contact the staff of the platform. Once obtaining the verification code successfully, the platform will send a text message to inform you that you can reset your account password and other information to recover your account.
